Handling Times
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse or factory within 1 to 3 business days of an order being placed(excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has left our warehouse. This email will also contain the necessary information needed to track your package.
Shipment Details
We offer free shipping of special models for retail customers in the EU market. All SKU can be arranged and shipped from our EU warehouses, without VAT and TAX. Look at the chart below:

Other SKUs and specifications for other markets will be arranged by our China factory, which excluding VAT, TAX and SHIPPING. Depending on the shipping address and product weight, we will charge an additional US $5-$15 for shipping on top of the sale price. All shipping costs will be shown on your order detail form. As for other countries, if you want to buy an FCHAO inverter, please email customer service so that set up for you.

Customs Duties
Except for 230V 50Hz German (European) sockets above, which are not subject to tax in the EU market, buyers (consumers) will be responsible for the customs duties and other value-added tax(VAT) of the goods after other products are sent to the destination country. Otherwise, the package will be returned or damaged, and the money wouldn’t be refund.
