Warranty, Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 12-month warranty policy and a 30-day refund & return policy. Please be sure to contact us through cs@fchaomall.com, if you dislike our product, or intent to return the products. We would like to help you go through the whole process, in case you spend some unnecessary time.

Warranty Policy
FCHAO provides a 12-month warranty policy for each inverter. 

  • During the warranty period, if the damage caused by non-human factors cannot be repaired after confirmation by our engineer, you can contact us to send it back and we are responsible for re-sending a new machine; if the engineer confirms that the damage can be repaired, we are responsible for dispatch spare parts for remote instruction and repairs.

  • After the warranty period, the product will be repaired for life, and the customer can choose to send it back to our Chinese factory to repair, but we will not bear the freight, only the material fee.

 

Return Policy

  • You may issue a return within 30 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping charges are born by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • If the return is caused by the product quality or a mistake from us, you will be guaranteed to get a 100% refund or a free replacement.
  • Gifts redeemed are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Items returned must be in the same condition that you received them and with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email and discuss with you the refund matter.
  • Please note, that we only accept refunds to the payment account, which is the account recorded on our order system. Changing accounts or refunds to families’ accounts are not acceptable. Besides, please provide us with your order ID, the return tracking number, and the screen shoot of the prepayment shipping, so that we can follow up on your issue. 
  • The refund will be refunded to you within 3 business days after we verify your account.
  • If you couldn’t receive the refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of these and still can’t receive your refund yet, please contact us. Our after-sales department will help you solve the issue.
