Over–voltage Protection Function: When the battery voltage is greater than the “over-voltage point”, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, and the buzzer will cycle 4 times to give an alarm. When the voltage drops to the “over-voltage recovery point”, the inverter resumes work.
Under-voltage Protection Function: When the battery voltage is lower than the “under-voltage point”, in order to avoid damage to the battery due to over-discharge, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, and the buzzer will ring 3 times to give an alarm. When the voltage rises to the “under-voltage recovery point”, the inverter resumes work.
Overload Protection Function: FCHAO inverter can be divided into three situations, if the overload is greater than 110%～130%, the AC output will be turned off continuously for 15 seconds; if the overload is greater than 130%～150%, the AC output will be turned off for 5 seconds; if the overload is greater than 150%, the AC output will be turned off for 2 seconds Output; three situations require a reset switch to recover.
Short Circuit Protection Function: turn off within 2 seconds, and restore after resetting the switch.
Over-temperature Protection Function: If the temperature of the internal control part of the chassis is too high, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, and at the same time, the buzzer will ring 5 times to give an alarm. After the temperature returns to the normal value, the inverter output is restored.
Besides, when the output power is more than 50% or the temperature is higher than 50℃, the inverter cooling fan of FCHAO’s model KSC and PSC will turn on. When the output power is lower than 35% or the temperature is cooler than 45℃, the cooling fan will turn off.
Battery Reverse Connection Protection Function: The equipment has a perfect battery reverse connection protection function. If the positive and negative polarity of the battery is reversed, the fuse in the chassis will be automatically blown to avoid damage to the battery and equipment. However, it is still strictly forbidden to reverse the battery connection.
