Functions of Pure Sine Wave Inverter

Inverter output: After turning on the IVT SWITCH on the front panel, the inverter converts the dc power of the battery into pure sine wave AC power, which is OUTPUT by the AC OUTPUT on the rear panel.

Automatic voltage regulation: When the battery voltage fluctuates between the undervoltage and overvoltage and the load changes within the rated power, the device can automatically regulate the output voltage. Over-voltage protection: When the battery voltage exceeds the overvoltage point, the device automatically cuts off the inverter output. The LCD on the front panel displays overvoltage, and the buzzer emits an alarm sound for 10 seconds. When the voltage drops to the overvoltage recovery point, the inverter recovers.

Undervoltage protection: When the battery voltage is lower than the undervoltage point, the device automatically cuts off the inverter output to prevent battery damage caused by overdischarge. At this time, the front panel LCD displays “undervoltage”, and the buzzer gives an alarm sound for ten seconds. When the voltage rises to the “undervoltage recovery point”, the inverter recovers. If a switching device is selected, it will automatically switch to the mains output under voltage.

Overload protection: If the AC output power exceeds the rated power, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, and the LCD on the front panel displays “overload”. At the same time, the buzzer gives an alarm sound for ten seconds. Turn off IVT SWITCH on the front panel. Overload is not displayed. If you need to restart the system, check that the load is within the allowed range, and then turn on the IVT SWITCH to restore the inverter output.

Short circuit protection function: if the AC output circuit is short-circuted, the equipment will automatically cut off the inverter output, the front panel LCD display “overload”, at the same time, the buzzer gives an alarm sound for ten seconds. Turn off IVT SWITCH on the front panel. Overload is not displayed. If you need to restart the system, check that the output line is normal, and then turn on the IVT SWITCH to restore the inverter output.

Overheating protection: If the temperature of the internal control part of the chassis is too high, the device will automatically cut off the inverter output, and the LCD on the front panel displays “overheating”. At the same time, the buzzer gives an alarm sound for ten seconds. After the temperature returns to normal, the inverter output is restored.

Battery reverse connection protection: The device has a complete battery reverse connection protection function. For example, if the battery polarity is reversed, the fuses in the chassis will be fused automatically to avoid damage to the battery and the device. However, it is forbidden to reverse connect the battery.

Optional Mains switchover: When the mains switchover function is selected, the device automatically switches the load to the mains when the battery is undervoltage or the inverter is faulty, ensuring the stability of the power supply. After the inverter works normally, it will automatically switch to the inverter power supply.
